Each tour has its own cancellation rules, including deadlines and refund tiers, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

You can cancel your booking through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@touresto.com.

Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable, depending on the specific terms outlined on each tour page.

Failure to show up for your tour may result in the forfeiture of your payment, as detailed in the cancellation terms.
