Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund from Touresto if:

• You cancel within the allowed timeframe (see Cancellation Policy)

• Touresto cancels your booking due to operational reasons

• The service provided was significantly different from what was booked

• A force majeure event affects your travel

Once your refund is approved by Touresto:

• Credit Card: 5-10 business days

• PayPal: 3-5 business days

• Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

• Travel Credit: Immediate

Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

Partial refunds may be issued by Touresto when:

• You use only part of the booked services

• Early departure or late arrival occurs

• Some included services are unavailable

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion and applicable fees.

The following are typically non-refundable:

• Booking fees and service charges

• Travel insurance premiums

• Visa processing fees

• Special request or customization fees

• Promotional or discounted bookings marked as non-refundable

If you disagree with a refund decision:

1. Contact Touresto's customer service team within 30 days

2. Provide your booking reference and reason for dispute

3. We will review your case within 5 business days

4. You will receive a final decision in writing

If the dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate to consumer protection authorities.
