Touresto Cancellation Policy

Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

You can cancel your booking through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@touresto.com.

Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable, depending on the specific terms outlined for each tour.

Failure to show up for your tour may result in the forfeiture of your booking and any associated fees.

Cancellation terms for group and multi-passenger bookings may differ and are specified on the tour page.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator initiates a cancellation, you will be notified and provided with options as per the tour terms.

Changes to your booking may be subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined for your tour.

Refunds will be processed in the currency used for the original payment, and any conversion will be handled by your payment provider.
